Affected Areas: Wollaston Central, Denton & Castle Ashby
Severity: Loss of service
Since 19:05 on 2/11 there has been a loss of service. This appears to be issue with incoming connection to Wollaston.
Remote diagnostics failed and we now have engineers deployed.
Power from the UPS had become disconnected, once fixed service was restored.
Additional protection has been added and new contact details obtained to ensure quicker communications in future
