Severity: Loss of service - Resolved
Connection was lost at 06:20am on 9th February. This doesn't appear to be power and suspect wind damage to the link caused by the storms over the weekend.
We are trying to get engineer to site today to check but any fix is likely to have to be Monday morning due to availability of a cherry picker.
We got the backup link working around 7am and then the original link by 11:55. Once happy that this was stable we transferred back to the primary link and all services are fully restored
