Choose your package
Decide which of our broadband packages is right for you and make your order. If you need any help along the way, don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Confirm your switching data
We’ll confirm the switching data with you (usually within 2 weeks of your order) and post your broadband box to you. Once it arrives, sit tight!

Time to connect
Once your broadband has been activated, simply connect your broadband box and you’re good to go! We make connecting the box really simple, so you can do it in just a few seconds.
Need to change your switching data?
No problem! We understand how suddenly circumstances can change. As long as it’s not too close to your completion data, we can quickly change your switching data to a day that’s more convenient for you.
